AHP—AHA Separate Enterprise Agreement – Revised Offer
This afternoon, the government issued a revised offer 25-04-24 - Letter to PSA - Revised Terms of Offer - AHP & AHA (A2921526).pdf for a new separate enterprise agreement for AHPs and AHAs.
The PSA had previously rejected the government’s initial offer for a separate enterprise agreement for AHPs and AHAs. Read more about the government’s initial offer here and here.
The PSA will provide a more detailed Information Update about the revised offer next week. In the meantime, members should be aware that serious issues and concerns raised by the PSA remain unaddressed in the revised offer.
The government’s revised offer still includes restating some conditions you already have, slashing some of your important and hard-won employment conditions, and wage increases that do not address the reduction in real wages experienced by our members.
Compared to the initial offer, there has been a small improvement in wage increases – however the wages offered still fall well short of what the PSA has consistently told the government our members require.
The revised offer also still threatens to reduce or remove important rights and conditions.
A more detailed information update about the revised offer will be issued to members next week.
The PSA encourages members to provide your feedback on the government’s revised offer to your PSA Organiser or directly by email to youragreement@psaofsa.asn.au.
