Consultation: SAMI - Allied Health Professional Position Titles And Role Descriptions

On 1 September 2025, SA Medical Imaging (SAMI) contacted your union, the Public Service Association (PSA), regarding its proposal to amend positions titles and role descriptions for Allied Health Professional (AHP) positions within SAMI.

Member engagement in processes such as this is imperative to getting our voices heard. While the PSA can apply an industrial lens and provide feedback, members are the people doing the job every day and are the subject matter experts on their workplace. Working collectively to engage in consultation processes is the most effective way to influence the outcomes.
